PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING TO SPEED UP RESPONSE TIME
At ECE we use a request tracking (RT) tool to manage service requests. An “RT ticket” with a unique ID number is generated whenever you send an email to email@example.com or when you submit a request via the form at the bottom of this page. After submitting a request you will be sent an automatic receipt via email and will later be contacted by an ECE staff member. If further correspondence is required please reply to the RT email messages to speed up your response time (or else if you send a new email, your request will be put back at the bottom of the queue).
