📌 Important: How to Submit Requests Efficiently

ECE uses a Request Tracking (RT) system to manage service requests.
When you email help@ece.ubc.ca or submit a request using the form below, an RT ticket with a unique ID is created.

What to Expect:

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
  • An ECE staff member will follow up with you.

To Ensure a Faster Response:

  • Use your UBC email account to avoid spam filters and ensure your request is processed.
  • Always reply to the RT email instead of starting a new email thread. New emails create new tickets, which may delay your request.
