Services Offered
We provide both Additive Manufacturing and Subtractive Manufacturing technologies.
- Additive Manufacturing: Build objects layer by layer, most commonly using 3D printing. Perfect for rapid prototyping and custom designs.
- Subtractive Manufacturing: Start with solid material and cut away using machines like waterjet or laser cutters. Ideal for precise, functional parts.
Course Support
We support both undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in ECE courses.
Our team assists with project builds, design validation, and fabrication across a wide range of courses including Capstone and lab-based learning.
Training
Safety and skills training is available to students and research groups through in-person workshops and online modules (Canvas). Learn to operate tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, and other Makerspace equipment effectively.
Some of our Equipment
![]() Waterjet Cutter: Cuts metal, glass, and composites using high-pressure water and abrasive material. Great for precise and clean cuts in hard materials. |
![]() Laser Cutter: Uses a focused laser beam to cut or engrave wood, acrylic, and other soft materials. Excellent for fast prototyping and signage. |
