How to Book

Fill out the booking request form below to book a session during appointment-only periods.
Direct emails to staff will not be considered.

Before filling out this form, ensure:

You have completed the Makerspace Orientation Training and have sent your completion certificate to makerspace@ece.ubc.ca
You have checked the Makerspace calendar to see when the appointment-only sessions happen.
If you are an ECE Capstone student who wants to 3D print in the makerspace, you must bring your own PLA material. Otherwise, you can submit a print request by using this form here. Costs will apply.

Note: Bookings must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
