How to book

Note:

Currently, only bookings from ECE capstone students, ECE graduate students, and ECE professors are accepted.
For ECE Capstone students, completion of the Safety 101 course is a prerequisite for booking this space.
Hours of operation are 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Bookings must be submitted at least one full business day in advance

Note: All team members planning to use the space should attend the initial room consultation as well. If they can't make it, the first 15 minutes of your next booked session will be reserved for their consultation.

Consultation

For first time users, we require an initial consultation to better understand your project and to discuss the available facilities. These are about 15 minutes long and can be in person at MCLD 1022 or over Zoom.
